Litigation Funding is a very hot topic not only in the U.S. but in many other jurisdictions given the increasing cost of resolving commercial and financial disputes. Partner Erwin Shustak participated in a Virtual Series with other IR Global members from a number of foreign jurisdictions which explored how different countries approach the relatively new area of litigation funding for commercial and financial disputes.
