San Diego County Bar Association Names Partner Jonah Toleno Recipient of 2018 Service Award for Commitment to Diversity
We are proud to announce that our Partner Jonah Toleno is the recipient of the San Diego County Bar Association’s 2018 Service Award for Commitment to Diversity. Jonah has been a Partner with the Firm for over 11 years. She is widely recognized in the community for her leadership and dedication to the advancement of legal professionals and students of diverse backgrounds. Jonah currently co-chairs the Lawyers Club of San Diego Diverse Women’s Committee and is a member of the SDCBA Ethnic Relations and Diversity Committee. She is a Past President and current Director of the Filipino American Lawyers of San Diego, and a member of numerous local specialty bar organizations. In addition to serving as trial and advisory counsel to various individual and business entity clients, she is actively involved in the Firm’s day-to-day management. In her leadership roles she facilitates dialogues about the role of diversity in the legal profession, organizes programming and continuing education events to equip professionals of all backgrounds with tools for advancement, and mentors newer attorneys and law students.
The SDCBA will present the Award to Jonah at its Annual Awards Luncheon on May 1, 2018.
