Shustak Reynolds & Partners is pursuing claims against RBC on behalf of former clients of John McGinnis and RBC who were induced to invest in a variety of companies, including Aero-X Golf; BST Nano Bikes; BST Nano Carbon; Grandura Shafts; Baron Bat; Grace McLain Capital Advisors; Solana Golf and EGJ, LLC.
Based on our firm’s investigation, these investments were high risk, at best, and possibly fraudulent investments, at worst, and highly unsuitable for many RBC customers. In addition, most of the investments were not exempt offerings of securities and anyone who invested in a non-exempt securities offering is entitled, under California law, to rescission and recovery of their investment plus interest and other amounts, including possible legal fees, punitive damages and, for those investors over age 60, damages under California’s Elder Abuse law.
If you were or are a client of RBC, and were placed into some or any of these investments by John McGinnis, now deceased, you may be entitled to recover all or a substantial portion of your investment. We encourage you to contact us and we will be happy to discuss your case and possible recovery of your investment in more detail.
As with any potential claim, there are statutes of limitations that may preclude seeking recovery by waiting too long to pursue your legal rights.
