Mahdi Ibrahim is a senior associate attorney in the firm’s San Diego office. Mahdi’s practice areas include business and contract disputes, business litigation, securities litigation, employment and labor litigation, and real estate litigation and disputes.
Originally from New York City, Mahdi came to San Diego to attend law school. And, like many others before him, he immediately fell in love with the city and never left.
As an undergraduate, apart from being a “dancing” participant, Mahdi was the Chairperson of the Penn State Mont Alto “THON” - the largest student-run philanthropy in the world, committed to enhancing the lives of children and families impacted by childhood cancer. The organization raised over $3 million that year, breaking the previous record.
During law school, Mahdi worked for a prominent California State Senator, where he learned policy making and legislative drafting.
Since graduating from the University of San Diego School of Law, Mahdi has worked on some of the largest cases in securities litigation history against major financial institutions, investment banks, and accounting firms, resulting in millions of dollars in recovery for his clients. Mahdi has worked on both, prosecuting, and defending claims on behalf of clients, large and small, giving Mahdi a well-rounded prospective in advocating for his clients.
