Mahdi Ibrahim is a senior associate attorney in the firm’s San Diego office. He represents investors, whistleblowers, financial advisors, and institutions in high-stakes financial disputes. His practice focuses on securities fraud, broker misconduct, FINRA arbitration, and complex business disputes. He has experience prosecuting and defending claims on behalf of both large and small clients, giving him a well-rounded perspective in advocating for his clients.
Mahdi has successfully represented clients in federal and state courts, as well as in FINRA arbitration proceedings. His cases have involved misleading investment offerings, breaches of fiduciary duty, unsuitable trading strategies, regulatory violations by brokerage firms and financial advisors, expungements, and employment or partnership disputes.
Previously, Mahdi worked with a national litigation firm, where he handled complex class actions and multi-district litigation under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, contributing to some of the largest recoveries in securities litigation history at the time.
Mahdi is admitted to practice in all California state courts, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Central, and Northern Districts of California.
