Jesse B. Basel is a senior associate in the firm’s San Diego office. Jesse’s practice includes securities and financial services litigation/arbitrations, corporate litigation and arbitration, trade secret disputes, unfair competition, employment litigation, transactional disputes, and securities industry compliance and regulatory investigations.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Basel’s practice included representation of public entities and businesses in areas of employment, personal injury, and Constitutional law, acted as general counsel to businesses and public entities, and worked on some of the largest cases in securities litigation history against major financial institutions and investment banks. During law school, Mr. Basel was a member of the International Law Journal.

Outside of the office, Mr. Basel can be found rooting for San Francisco sports franchises, chasing after his Australian Shepherd, or enjoying the local golf courses.
