Benjamin “Ben” Kaplan is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s San Diego Office. Before joining Shustak Reynolds & Partners P.C., Ben was associated with Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, an am100 law firm, and Fabozzi & Miller APC, a boutique business and real estate law firm. Ben’s prior association with these firms provided him with a unique perspective that benefits all our clients as he is experienced both as a litigator and a transactional attorney in a wide array of business, corporate, real estate, and securities transactions.

Ben’s litigation practice focuses on securities, financial services, corporate, real estate, and transactional disputes. His corporate practice involves providing strategic and comprehensive legal counsel on all aspects of business entity formation, real property transactions, regulatory registration, ongoing business operations, such as marketing activities, and contract drafting.

Before attending law school, Ben developed a deep understanding of business operations while earning his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing from California State University San Marcos. Thereafter, Ben worked in digital marketing and advised his clients on marketing strategy and content creation.

Ben is a Southern California native and has lived in San Diego since he was six (6) years old. After attending Loyola Marymount University Law School in Los Angeles, Ben realized that San Diego was his favorite city in California and returned after graduating from law school.
