Anne Swenson

Anne Swenson is an associate attorney in the firm's San Diego office. Ms. Swenson's practice focuses on business, corporate, financial services and securities litigation and arbitration.

Ms. Swenson is experienced in complex litigation involving corporate misconduct and fiduciary wrongdoing, including insider trading and violations of the federal securities laws. Before joining Shustak Reynolds & Partners, Ms. Swenson was an attorney at Robbins LLP, a nationally recognized leader in shareholder rights law and securities litigation.

Ms. Swenson graduated cum laude from Chapman University where she majored in Art History. She also received a master's degree in Art Business at Sotheby's Institute of Art in London. Ms. Swenson then obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, with an additional Certificate in Dispute Resolution. She earned CALI Awards for achieving the highest course grades in Advanced Litigation Writing and Negotiation in Theory and Practice. During law school, Ms. Swenson was a Praktikant/Intern at Hogan Lovell's Frankfurt office in their Capital Markets group.

In her free time, Ms. Swenson enjoys crocheting and maintaining a healthy rose garden.
